Required Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- MCP or CCNA holder will be an advantage
Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Good problem solving and analytical skill
- Good understanding of Windows XP / Windows 7 OS is a must
- Experience in Microsoft product is a plus
- Able to prioritize requirements and manage competing needs from different clients
Job Duties:
- Provide PC/NBK H/W onsite support services
- Demonstrate a good understanding of IT support delivery process and practice
- Desktop support (Wintel environment)
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience PC H/W support
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
