      Customer Service Engineer Apply


    Required Professional Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent

  • MCP or CCNA holder will be an advantage


  • Knowledge / Skills Required:

  • Good problem solving and analytical skill

  • Good understanding of Windows XP / Windows 7 OS is a must

  • Experience in Microsoft product is a plus

  • Able to prioritize requirements and manage competing needs from different clients


  • Job Duties:

  • Provide PC/NBK H/W onsite support services

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of IT support delivery process and practice

  • Desktop support (Wintel environment)


  • Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working experience PC H/W support

  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
