Inmon (Internet Monitoring) Services is a suite
of Network Manage services offers to Customers to monitor their
network devices over the Internet connection.
ServiceOne Getronics NRC provides 24 x 7 x 365
operation, round the clock surveillance over the connected equipment.
In event of fault, the Backend system which deployed by ServiceOne Getronics
will duly escalate and notify the fault event to respective parties
via mobile SMS or email. This can minimize the downtime and get
to notify the fault event as fast as possible.
Optional services which are complementing to the
Basic Inmon Services, which besides covering the duties, managing
ISP or Telco connection on behalf of the customer. ServiceOne Getronics
Engineer will coordinate with the 3rd Party service provider.

Proactive Network Monitoring -
24 x 7 x 365 Remote network Monitoring Services.
Through SMS or E-Mail alerts. Customer will receive an alert once their
critical device is down.
Monthly Report - Monthly report
on vendor service performance will be provided as a measure on vendor
meeting its Maintenance Agreement signed with the subscriber.
The report includes
- Monthly Availability statistic of the devices.
- Monthly Response Time of the devices
Performance Management - This
Service acts as a gauge on the committed (SLA) Service Level Agreement as provided by the signed
up ISP or the Telco. It also allow Customer to set threshold on
the bandwidth Utilization which series of workflow escalation can
then be carried out if it exceed the pre-define Threshold.
Real time Report - Customer can
use Web Browser to access the server event log and also the performance
graph.
